Pros

Great environment great team great organization

Cons

After 8 years of working for them they sold the property and left all of us hanging. The way upper management handled it was terrible. As soon as the property was sold and no longer Esa they literally ran out the door and said it was no longer in their hands bye so many secrets leading up to the end it was insane

Pros

Easy job and interview. Some decent benefits if you are a corporate location.

Cons

Toxic micromanaging culture. Management doesn’t train employees and expects them to know everything from day 1. Bad attitudes towards new employees and talks down to you as if you’re less intelligent than them. Culture of low trust. Management will make up lies about you to fit their own personal agendas.

Pros

Worked with a lot of decent people.

Cons

Pay was not worth the hassle. Staff is skeleton crew.
