Pros
Extra Space Storage is a value driven company that is committed to providing an excellent product and great customer service. There several reasons that I can give to convey why I enjoy working here. Great participatory environment that provides a a daily challenge to achieve winning results. This company truly values their customers, employees and vendors. Several vehicles for recognizing the achievement of outstanding results and performance that would be considered above and beyond what is expected.
Cons
Some might look at performing outside tasks during the winter months as a downside. But I say if you dress appropriately for the weather its not bad at all.
