Wonderful culture here at Extra Space. We really work hard and have fun to drive our metrics. People are the thing that we are most passionate about, and this is reflecting in our culture where we make Extra Space a great place to work.

Cons

Site Managers work hard in office and on property! District Managers have a lot to juggle! But everyone works hard to get it all done!

Company understands its employees. Our DM and DL are both very easy to talk to. Our DM strives and lives to motivate. He is enthusiastic, out-going, great with customers, helpful, and one of those managers that will not let you accept failure. He pushes you towards goals that he see should easily be in your reach, he looks for potential in people and that means a lot to me. I love the hours, the fact that I get two days off a week and not to mention a lunch break. So far, this company surpasses any other that I have worked for! I love the environment that I work in, the people that I work for and with, and the fact the the company is family oriented. I go to work each day with a purpose and I thrive on the daily challenges. This job is by far one of the easiest that I have ever done, I keep telling myself that there has to be a catch but....I haven't found it yet.

Cons

The only down side that I could even come close to considering is..... those few customers that won't give you a chance to help them.
