      Pros

      Excellent culture and environment to grow your career. If you are looking for a company that cares about people and will work to develop talent Extra Space is the place to be. I have watched the company grow from a small public company to a S&P 500 company. This doesn't happen by accident.

      Cons

      Fast growing companies have some hiccups. Extra Space is no different. Overall no real cons to worry about.

      Extra Space Storage truly is a great place to work. Executives and Senior Management CARE - about our customers, about our employees, about our investors, about our vendors, etc. The organization has a strong culture focused on our values - passion, integrity, excellence, innovation and teamwork! If you are willing to work hard and make a difference, you will be rewarded.

      Cons

      We are constantly changing, which can be viewed negatively, but change at Extra Space means growth, advancement, and excitement.

      Pros

      Room to grow, freedom where your not micro managed or tied to your desk. They care about their employees and show it. Great team atmosphere for colaboration.

      Cons

      The pay isn't the most competitive and the benefits are sub-par.
