Good work environment, time split between office work and janitorial work. Just a job for a paycheck.
Cons
Angry customers because company will not tmsay the monthly price will increase and do not give a proper notice. Computer systems are extremely complicated and often crash in the middle of customer interaction. Payroll system made many mistakes on paychecks. No home location causing you to work different locations daily causing confusing routine changes. Your only supervisor is only seen maybe once a month so you rely on the help of others. Some say it's not their job, some are constantly complaining and you are always getting different answers. Low pay and the title "manager" is misleading since all employees are managers. Not really a career when the pay is slightly above minimum wage and advancement positions rarely open.
