Pros

Great upward mobility as they often promote from within. The pay is fair for my area. Company's product direction is very positive. They put great value on women empowerment and growing women team members in a male driven industry.

Cons

Company mantra is do more with less. It seems like every week they find a way to make my job harder. They will often eliminate useful tools and resources.

Good place to work as long as you don't get laid off

Pros

Depending on your location, most offices have a great company culture. The benefits are good and the pay is competitive

Cons

Because the tech industry is changing so rapidly, your job is not safe here. There's a lot of structural changes, acquisitions, layoffs etc. HR could use some help in creating career ladders etc.
