Pros

The leadership is great and open, can be approached for any issue. Opinions are valued if you prove that you are a competent employee. Flexibility is provided by Management if your reason is justified. Internal movements are also accommodated on request.

Cons

The Local Management ( though the Top leadership is great) is not very transparent.
