Work life balance Flexible timings Nice work environment

Cons

Delayed hike cycle multiple times with silly reasons( 6 months last year, 1 year again now) Very poor in bonus payouts Most of the senior folks are technically dumb

The people are great to work with. I was able to form a lot of meaningful relationships while there

Cons

Compensation and benefits were below average for the industry. Very unorganized with highly stressful environment. A lot of pressure on management which bleeds into all of the employees. Work like a dog and go unnoticed

Team front line sales team is great.

Cons

Poor leadership at the executive level creating problems throughout the organization, especially in Sales and Ops. Great external appeal (Gartner leader, etc.), but toxic once inside. See other reviews.
