      Pros

      It's a nice to be part of a company acquiring other businesses and growing. Most everyone is friendly and work well together.

      Cons

      Will be interesting to see how Extreme integrates Avaya and Brocade into their portfolio and business. Potential growing pains ahead? I guess more of a challenge vs. a con.

      Pros

      Just moved to Extreme from an acquisition. I find the execs to be very engaged and easily accessible. Makes it easy to get acquainted with the right people to get the job done. Nice place to work.

      Cons

      Not much so far. Things could move a little faster, but I am new here, so probably will give it some time.
