      Pros

      Great culture, work/life balance, a collective of hardworking, knowledgable and accountable employees. After many years of leadership instability, we finally have a strong, committed and loyal executive leadership team that are in it for the long haul (3 years now and running).

      Cons

      Not a con but just reality. The kind of growth we've been experiencing in such a short window is double-edged. Exciting for our future but not without some internal growing pains. Good news is that everyone is focused on ensuring customers and partners don't feel any pain and their Extreme experience is actually improved.

      Pros

      I've only been with Extreme a short time but I feel as comfortable as if I've been here for years. Since day one and my initial interview even, I felt that Extreme could be the place for me. Well that feeling remains and I look forward to many years to come! Perhaps my last job? Who knows? The people I interact with on a daily basis are more focused on quality than quantity. There is no panic surrounding my day to day life here and everyone is very friendly. I actually left a much larger, mainstream company to join Extreme and am so glad I did!

      As there processes improve, I hope that they remain simple and smooth and add more fun functions.
