      Pros

      Great engagement from executives. Welcoming culture. True customer first attitude. Finally, a company that truly values support as a competitive differentiator (100% insourced!). Benefits are competitive and improving.

      Cons

      This is a company that has made several acquisitions and grown a lot in a short time. Not a con, but be prepared to deal with ambiguity and rapid process change.
