Down to earth executives who value employee’s opinions. Fantastic opportunities for women in the IT industry. Pay and benefits are incredibly competitive. Being a part of something transformative (the company is growing and is differentiated in their industry). The people...opportunity to grow as a person and professional by being surrounded by smart, funny and cooperative teams.

Cons

Since the company is growing so quickly, communication can sometimes lag in terms of keeping everyone up to speed on what all teams are doing but there are many initiatives in place to rectify this. Any issues at Extreme are quickly resolved once identified.
