      Pros

      Great team. Flat management structure. Good position on the enterprise networking market. You will never be alone with challenges you might face, and you will never get bored.

      Cons

      Company still in the process of merging teams from acquired assets. Because of the flat management structure it might be not suitable for those who are more interested in job title than in interesting work itself.
