      Pros

      Extreme has assembled one of the best senior management teams and vision that I have experienced in the last 15 years. It is great to be part of a company with a plan and is executing. Business is growing, very positive vibes within the company and executives are big into communications to all employees.

      Cons

      With all the acquisitions, integration of new teams and technology in a short period of time, it can be challenging and confusing for some.

      Pros

      I have been with several company's over my career including Fortune 500. With out question this is best I ever have worked for over the years. Manage is very approachable include right up to CEO and open to ideas to better company and environment.

      Cons

      Since it is a growing company there are still processes that need to mature to continue being an agile company

      Pros

      Extreme is a great place to work and my co-workers are very helpful. I noticed there are many hallway conversations and that makes it easy to get questions answered. There are many social activities and free coffee/snacks, which is always good thing. With the recent acquisitions it seems that the company is on the right track for growth. There are regular updates from senior management. If you work hard there is a lot of opportunity.
