Great people, but there are flaws

Pros

People that worked in the office were great. Generally really easy to get along and work with. Goals/quota was attainable, even easy to exceed at times. Upper management make themselves accessible to all levels. Good training too, especially with products.

Cons

Back of the house (HR, Payroll) not easy to work with. No one is easy to get a hold of or is clear when specific questions get asked. Benefits and pay are pretty average. No draw to the company for that specific reason. Promotions are few and far between, a lot of sucking up needs to be done with upper management to get there. Would rather move employees around and claim "restructuring" or "position elimination".
