Challenging Culture

Business Outlook

Pros

Their key differentiator is their software solutions but no one sells it, it's too expensive

Cons

Legacy acquisition cultural issues clouded product and sales strategies. Core products are me too...too much focus on selling to education through gov. school incentives (low hanging fruit), field can't sell into other verticals (Gov., Healthcare, Manufacturing..)

Weak Technology leadership

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Good work environment with great people. Reasonable work life balance. Most teams work well together. Benefits are ok but barely competitive.

Cons

Executive leadership is more interested in Financial Engineering than they are in technology leadership. Decisions being made are to achieve short term financial goals and are not preparing the company for a sustainable future as a innovative technology company. Salaries are not competitive with other technology companies.
