      Pros

      Good products and a fantastic Team. EMEA has a good and open company culture with a Management Team that respect there employees.

      Cons

      Lot of changes in the management team in the US. Missing continuity, some decisions takes some more times to create the expected success.

      Pros

      Strong and stable networking vendor that competes very well technically across all product groups: Wireless, Switching, Management, Analytics, Security. They are small enough to get aggressive and move quickly and large enough to matter.

      Cons

      Almost all engagements are a David and Goliath fight against Cisco and HP, but we win a lot of at bats.
