      Co-workers are great, the salaries are fair and in most positions there is flexibility for work/life balance.

      Cons

      There is a lack of focus in the company. There are many time consuming activities that do not add to the bottom line causing inefficiencies.

      Co-workers are great to work with. Most of the employees are good people and personable.

      Cons

      Leadership has changed numerous times over the past 5 years. Every time a new CEO, CFO, CIO, VP of Marketing, or VP of Sales leaves, huge payouts are give to the executives which hurts the earnings and the average employee at the company.
