Pros

Helps the far east economy by outsourcing every engineering function possible. Free coffee. Lots of free time.

Cons

Total chaos with regard to product development. Between ETS and EXTR being paralyzed by poor financials and weak management, this company missed 10 years of new product development, and as such is no longer a serious contender in the marketplace.
