There are many passionate folks who are competent, collaborative and experts in their field. The sales team is great to work with and supportive of the marketing efforts.

Cons

The marketing team has been reduced in size. There is not a clear marketing career path into senior roles and responsibilities.

Good benefits, good pay, good people to work with.

Cons

Integration between Enterasys and Extreme Networks did not go well. Extreme Networks could not make a forward moving decision on product and direction, resulting in layoffs. Hopefully the company gets it's act together soon.

Pros

Friendly and collaborative environment surrounded by some very good talent. QA Managers are top notch and each of them have come up through the ranks so they know the testing environment extremely well. Engineering teams work very close with QA as they will not hesitate to get involved with an issue quickly and stick to it until they have it resolved.

Cons

Since purchasing Enterasys, Guidance from the top could be improved greatly since there has been so much turn over in the top tier. Merging two companies into one has been painful for those left in the dark.
