Pros

Great people work at the company.

Cons

Sales Leadership at the top has little experience as a sales professional in the field, hence tries to run the company by the seat of their pants with little idea what a sales person in the field has challenges with. In turn, sales pay is far below industry pay scales for like companies.

Pros

Worked at Extreme for six months. Company has been around 20 years and is currently going thru Cultural Changes - they got a new CEO midyear 2015. My belief is they are headed in the right direction and overall, it is a great place to work.

Cons

There is some dysfunction that needs to be addressed by Management in order to resolve.

Entrepreneurial culture driven by the leadership team. Culture of accountability and execution based off laser focus within the key vertical markets served.

Cons

Minimal brand recognition for the superior quality of support, products and solutions sold.
