      Enjoyable place to work, disconnect between execs & management

      Pros

      I met many great colleagues, and enjoyed coming to the office every day. Felt like I was making a difference on some level and selling a good product that the employees believed in.

      Cons

      Big disconnect between execs and management, at least when I was there before the company (supposedly) started turning things around. Execs had big visions/ideas and most of the time didn't share it with management or the people who had to execute the idea.

      Pros

      The review title says it all. I love working for this company. I came here from a much larger company (Cisco) and find it refreshing to be part of a smaller team where people seem to truly want to help me succeed.

      Cons

      I'm earning a bit less than I was at Cisco, but that is more than offset by the benefits of working for a smaller, more nimble company where everyone is empowered to make a positive impact.

      Pros

      Excellent work-life balance, relatively low-stress job with good mid-level management. Ability to work from home during snow-storms/etc. and perhaps place to start a career

      Cons

      Company seemed to be on a downward trajectory after the merger. Loss of direction from senior management seemed to indicate that they had no idea what the big picture was.
