      Pros

      At Extreme you are expected to achieve your goals but you will be rewarded for doing so. In the field, you are given great freedom to run your territory and to reach your goals. Other departments such as support, operations, and the executive team provide excellent support if you ask for it. The company is set up to help you be successful. The new executive team is doing a great job internally in terms of strategy and externally in setting market expectations. Extreme is growing, adding talent, and currently on a positive trajectory.

      Cons

      Extreme competes in a very competitive market so if you are not a top talent willing to put in the effort then you may not be successful.

      Great company and people, but up & down the last couple years!

      Beautiful facility and location, flexible work hours and ability to work remote, great people to work with, acceptable benefits, generous with free meals

      Cons

      On our 3rd CEO in the last 3 years, still working out the kinks of merging 2 companies together, lack of necessary headcount has made daily work life very challenging
