Pros

You can work remotely and the working hours are flexible.

Cons

Gosh, where to start? -unnecessary meetings, there are 3-4 meetings weekly with the team and other teams that are just not worth your time, then they tell you off for not doing your job, if we had more time maybe people can get their job done. - Too much focus on KPI, you are working for a callcenter -MICRO MANAGEMENT, you have to sit through one two one meetings with your manager and report as if you are in a kinder garden, explain why you haven`t made any cold calls. BS! -Face value, if the management dont like you for standing up to them, they will bully you behind your back. Really petty environment. - Very unprofessional way of handling awkward situation. HR is useless - The training is adds no value, you just get your laptop and expect to understand everything, there are no proper trainings, some of the coworkers will show you on how to do certain things. -NO VALUE AT ALL

Pros

Interesting projects, knowledgeable people, good location.

Cons

I don't know who are all these people who write positive reviews. Toronto office is completely different. We are workhorses, working for bowl of rice. Pay is low. No pay increase for more than 3 years. Poor benefits. Work load is enormous. Very limited grow possibilities for non-US employee. No budget for modern work equipment (monitors, laptops), you have to scavenge labs and office to find a decent used ones. Elevate team, that supposed to take care of people, just ignore emails from Canadian employees.

Pros

- Friendly co-workers who are ready to help.

Cons

- No roadmap for edge NOS and no career path for people working on NOS projects. People are forced to moved to other domains or quit. - Doesn't look like management has a plan to curb or attend to attrition. - Minimal/no salary hike for lots of employees for quite a long time. - Managers/directors do not have a clue about when and how the salary revision process works. It is postponed indefinitely with no clue about when it will happen. - Work life balance which was an advantage sometime back is slowly fading away with long hours at work.
