People is very supportive and the company provides all the flexibility an employee needs for personal matters. Company is always focused on introduction of new products and technologies.

Extron puts a heavy focus on new hire training; they have a dedicated internal training program for all new hires. It allows the employee to learn about the hundreds of products Extron sells and how those products are used by its customers. Work-life balance is pretty good. Depending on your position, you have a desktop computer and no company cell phone. When you clock out, you're done. Extron will let you do as much as you can take on especially if you have the initiative. If you're successful at it, you get compensated and promoted for it. As the title of my review states, the company is strong and competitive. There's no lack of work.
