- no real possibilities to grow within the company, if you are not very ambitious or you don't have good education but you are disciplined, well organised and hard working person it's job for you
- young management, they are doing they best but they seemed to be overworked and not very good prepared for their roles,
- strict working policies e.g. you are not allowed to use perfumes - getting this list on the the first day of work gives you a very bad first impression of the company,
- punch-in and punch-out in the morning, when you leave work and before/after 30 minutes lunch break and from what I heard this is strictly controlled and can give you problems if you are coming even few minutes late,
- since almost all the doors have punch-in system to open them (apart from toilets and one of the kitchen) you have the sensation of working in a jail,
- Extron in Amersfoort Schothorst is located in the middle of nowhere - no shops in a walking distance, only IKEA but you have too little time to go there, in the building there are 2 coffee machines and one with sweet/salt food,
- HR people are not very nice and helpful and it's not nice when they are all the time looking up when you go to the toilet or to the kitchen for coffee break (control?), people are scared of them,
- think if you want to work in a typical US call-center, open space, cubicles, no access to fresh air etc.,
- Extron has a very bad opinion in the Netherlands - "place to work if you are not ambitious"
