The salary is always on time. Working overtime is never needed, you can always finish on time. Good work/life balance. Friendly colleagues.

Cons

If you start working here, don´t ever expect getting a permanent contract, EVERYTHING is decided by the HQ in Anaheim.

Got to work with Extron Electronics gear, which just works, reliably, for years.

Cons

Can't trust any of the staff at HQ (appart from 4 of them who are awesome) The rest will throw you under any bus they can, knowing that proof isn't something management require. Clandestine Orwellian horror show with a ministry of truth thrown in for good measure. Culture comes from the top.
