      Probably enjoyed the 5 days work and no OT at all

      Cons

      1 woman in Singapore looking after Singapore office. This woman will be very unhappy if you are taking what you are entitled such as leave or medical leave. Traditional company with a lot of weird rules like no perfume is allowed, non smoking environment even it is during your lunch time that is out of office.

      Pros

      I had a really nice team. Not taking your work home with you every day was nice. CRM system is fantastic The onboarding training is interesting.

      Cons

      No career paths. Everything is so strict. You are not allowed to have a laugh with your team in the office, or you get taken to the manager's office and told off like a naughty child. (this actually happened to me). There is no sense of responsibility or owning your tasks. It is very monotonous work. HR has been known in the Dutch office to measure the length of women's skirts to decide if they are too short. Extron sucks you dry, there is no soul in the office, it is very much like working in a factory. Overworked, underpaid and certainly under-appreciated.
