Pros
Own parking place, famous brand , good for starters to get working experience and then to leave. international environment. salary stably paid , strong company.
Cons
No possibility to grow, salaries from begin seem to be just above market level but after never a chance to get an increase , No extras such as bonuses. Hiring to work not to think . People always scared to be fired for wrongly expressed opinion. Working force is not valued, easy replaced by new comers. Kicking people most inhuman ever saw. Those who worked for years when not welcomed for whatever reason get kicked without chance to say goodbye to colleagues or pack normally. HR or internal management escorting those persons as if they committed a crime.
