You will get paid just sitting there 40 hours a week. If you don't really want to work and know how to BS really good, this is a really great place to work.
Cons
Don't need to finish the project on time, but make sure you are physically at the office 40 hours a week. Even if you are off by 1 minute, you will get a warning. Many meaningless meetings. The VP of HR is heartless woman who enjoys threatening employees and firing them. You will get a mandatory Christmas invitation from HR with this note something like "If you fail to attend, you will get disciplinary up to termination". You will get this threatening reminder many times before the party and during the party, HR people will patrol the banquet area to see if anyone leaves before the owner’s speech. This is unimaginably the worst company I’ve ever worked for. Stay away from Extron if you want to be treated like a normal human being.
