Pros

Decent pay. Good OT rates, although OT frequency was recently reduced due to cost cutting measures. Good place to learn about safety, documentation and process engineering

Cons

Poor management. Nothing great about benefits. not much welfare for staff. Can't even provide a proper rain shelter. Blaming culture is very strong when something goes wrong. Turnover rate is high showing the company is not willing to retain talents
