      Pros

      Good people, most supervisors care about you and your career. Excellent projects coming up in deepwater.

      Cons

      Very top down management culture, a few people in the C-Suite make all decisions and disempower the rest of the company. Slow to change. Horrible performance assessment system that demotivates 50-75% of the work force.

      Pros

      People I work with are great! Really good camaraderie! Great environment for learning.

      Cons

      Abysmal leadership that fail to be fair and honest about recognizing contributions that employees provide to the company. Rating and ranking system is beyond awful. It went from bad to atrocious!

      They have a good pension plan, good 401k plan and medical plans. Some of the best in the industry.

      Cons

      Management! From FLS’s on up to SLS’s and up the chain. Management does not care about moral or keeping employees happy. One of the lowest paying companies in the industry.
