Pros

The environment encourages continuous learning. Challenging to develop projects yet rewarding when they are executed

Cons

Culture culture culture. The company is currently working to change the culture but there is a deep seeded negative culture in which people are in it for their annual performance reviews and work against each other rather than as a team

Pros

Dynamic, interesting work with great people. Good mix of field and office work. Good salary. Decent work life balance. Good opportunity for advancement

Cons

Large company basically treats everyone as numbers rather than people. The individual people are great to work with, but often managers are stuck forcing people to do things that don't make sense because the corporation says to. Lots of red tape and very difficult to instill change. Slow moving.

Pros

Amazing benefits and career development opportunities.

Cons

Rankings kill team-orientation and incentivized managers to look for negatives in employees who do not report to them, as well as incentivizing employees to elevate themselves over others.
