Pros

Unparalleled benefits with 7% savings match, good health and dental and all of the training opps

Cons

Huge organization makes it slow moving, conservative and business needs always first. Also you have to see yourself in Texas for the long haul given they just built a super campus in Spring, Texas.

Pros

If you are good, you can have almost any job all at the same company. It is hard to get bored long term. If you and your boss don't get along well, it won't last for ages, you or she will sooner or later he moved to a new position. Atmosphere is above average too.

Cons

If, in the IT field, you want to become a real expert, you may want to look elsewhere or be really determined and paint. Young talent is still mostly moved around different disciplines/fields before settling at the one that fits the person best.
