Cons
Its culture today is something more difficult to deal with, hard to point the reasons why, but there is a need to be constantly prepared to better deal with the ambitions of the new generations, issues that sometimes happen in regards to Inclusion, Diversity and Sense of Belonging. Old employees being forgotten, new employees doing great job and not being recognized, salaries compared to the Market are often lower, demotivating people. Sometimes not always you will be able to drive your career path - it may depend on the company needs.
