Pros

Huge holiday days package (44 days or more), relaxed environment, once you are in it is hard to go out.

Cons

Rotational programs - EM enrolls its employees into assessments that are non-transparent and end up moving you around every 2-3 years to different departments/locations. From a first hand experience - this is surely not good for building a deep expertise + no control on real career. No bonuses, market roles are dubbed interesting but are actually boring due to the extreme risk-aversion of management.
