Pros

Long Term view, Multiple career possibilities, good working sphere

Cons

Middle management, risk Aversion. Getting outside of the worm paths by others is cumbersome. The company once a technology leader has become quite conservative, overall in middle management positions.

Pros

No nonsense, data driven, professionals, good atmosphere, getting it done, lots of possibilities for personal growth, clarity in decision making

Cons

Rigid, sometimes not flexible enough, for starters can be percieved as too large of a company to oversee bigger picture, high work pressure
