      Pros

      I really enjoyed working there : work is a second family and at Exxon Mobil, It really felt like that. Work environnement is great, they really take care of the employées : ergonomic work station, fitness breaks twice a day, loads of trainings, opportunities to get involved in the company's activities. For one whose ambition goes further than sticking to the job description : ExxonMobil is the place to work at.

      Cons

      I heard from my former coworkers that things aren't the same : abuses from employees led to a more restrictive way to indulge them. That's a pity!

      Pros

      The managers listen to employees and really address all employees concerns and problems. Salary is above average for engineers and no company layoffs during recession and with the current oil price crisis.

      Cons

      Very competitive environment with forced ranking employee assessment. Also, being in the largest combined petrochemical facility and also a very old refinery, equipment breakdown is very common.

      Job stability, the company is here to stay and does not practice firing people unless you exhibit low integrity and ethics

      Cons

      Organization doesn't create a sense of ownership; people just doing their job. Employees have limited say on their own career development and mandatory job rotation. Do not give you clear KPIs, hence many have to result in "wayang" by joining CCAs. School culture.
