      Fair workload - balanced management and reviews - reasonable expectations - great talented teams to work with. Exceptional project management structure with balanced decision making and a cross reference system for checks and balances

      locations at times - remote sites - hours as in all cases can be stressful. high demand for quick turn around of , at times, a cumbersome reporting structure. Depends on business and project managers

      High value projects are given to interns from day 1. Such projects challenge your thinking and also teaches much higher level thinking skills than the classroom, so there is plenty of growth potential. Mentorship by junior chemical engineers and team leaders also foster a cohesive working environment.

      Cons

      One of ExxonMobil's other fantastic things on the job is the possibility of job rotations every few years. However, if the interview panel do not correctly identify the candidate's strength, the first job could be a very trying one because expectations are very high in the company.
