Pros

Lots of opportunity, collaboration, and success. Largest Eyecare software provider in the country. Unique and challenging projects with many twist and turns makes work fun and not stagnant. CEO is magnificent, best I have worked for.

Cons

Too many balls in the air. Not enough celebrating of wins. One IT Manager that is rude and extremely uncollaborative to anyone below them, literally shushing people and being clearly egotistical and consistently difficult. Anyone working for this individual is absolutely deflated and frustrated. Sad that management allows this person to continue in this role, as everyone is aware of this person and their disrespectful style to others.

Geez, that's a tough one. - Cake days are cool. tech events are fun too. - Play rap music during meetings. - Loads of Fried chicken and beans.

Cons

hmm... - For starters CEO is a poser, spends more time Biking then being in the office. #NOTCOOL. - No one is serious about work. Most of them are posers. No wonder all the products are going red. - High school revisited .. seriously a lot of amateurish stuff all around.

Eyefinity is a wonderful place to work. I’ve been with the company over 10 years and you could not find a better place to work. We are always developing new software products for our market therefore we as employees are always learning new products. The benefits are A + from healthcare to the 401k matching and profit sharing. Vsp Global our parent company is very supportive of Eyefinity.

Cons

Sure every company has its cons but overall nothing that stands out.
