      Pros

      The CEO is great, overall leadership is good. The company is growing and there are opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      With those opportunities the pay is not competitive. Cross training is how they get you to do more than your job without actual compensation. That includes everyone in the store. Get ready for a measley cost of living raise that doesn't keep up with cost of living.
