Pros
There is an opportunity to make pretty good money. They pay fairly well for an entry level apprentice optician.
Cons
Management is prone to making promises they know they won't be delivering to keep employees working hard when there is no real reward waiting. Promotions and job status changes are the most common promises that either never come through or take so long you are ready to leave before it happens.
