The coworkers were awesome and I loved my job and dealing with the customers. The bonuses were okay

Cons

The new management was very difficult to work with and was very unprofessional, even inappropriate at times.

Good comission. Good conversations. Half day on Sunday.

Cons

They have KPIs that need to be met. Also, daily targets on what to sell and how to sell it. IE. types of lens material "good-better-best" They will bleed the pockets of their customers. They make real private practices look good. They don't even do thorough eye exams.
