      Pros

      Benefits, pto and decent salary for management. Love the business model Rewarding field Enjoy learning and leading lab, retail and OD as a team

      Cons

      Senior management needs to be evaluated. Changed culture is very toxic. Need structured and specific pay scale for new hires. It's to broad. Changed commission structure is entirely to low for elite sales associates. Old structure was phenomenal.

      Pros

      I love helping my team grow and achieve their goals. Eyeglass World used to promote growth and development but it seems to be a thing of the past.

      Cons

      Low salaries, this needs to change immediately. No reason or rhyme as to who gets paid what. I’ve heard of part time sales associates who earn more than the store manager. Dm Recently called to give raises and it was less than 2% increase .
