- variety of major project exposure - resources and manpower to get jobs done and serve clients - reasonable management - well-known company in the region - good PTO and work-life balance

Cons

- Not many. Only minor complaint is it's a "wait in line" type of company with regards to promotions. Somewhat old school culture in that way.
