      Pros

      They say if you are truly happy with your career, then you never really work a day in your life. That is the case here at F.A.C.E Amusement Group. I can say with 100% honesty that I truly love working here. It is a pleasure to work for and with people who get along so well and treat each other with great respect. They give you the opportunity to grow in a work related sense as well as a personal sense. I honestly feel that working here has made me a better person.

      Cons

      I really can't think of anything that's worth mentioning.

      Pros

      Positive and nurturing work environment. Understanding and patient leadership. Allows room for growth from within. The ability to grow here is only limited to ones ambition to do so.

      Cons

      The hours can be long but you definitely get out what you put in. Its a new company and in that there are always teething issues. Some changes come fast and expectantly but it would be that way with anywhere growing as rapidly.

      What do you think I am, stupid?

      Pros

      I have worked many years for this company. When I tell folks how long I have been working for this company, they often respond do you like your job? My response is, what are you think I am stupid? I certainly wouldn't have worked here that long if I didn't. It is a fantastic place to work. They do not micromanage by any means, but if you need direction they're always willing to help you out. They do their best to make it a fun place to work. However, the company itself is very serious about the work that we do.

      Cons

      The only time that I can really think of, is the fact that the company is growing so fast that it is almost scary. I suppose most would consider that a good thing.
