Working at FACE means being part of a fantastic team! The leaders here really strive to develop employees to grow with the company. The core values are great, and the environment is fun. It is easy to like working here!

Pros

From the entry level employees to the CEO, the attitude of everyone seems to be enjoyable. I have not worked for a company that cares about the employees as FACE Amusement Group does. The employees at the Corporate level have taken their own money to support employees at the store level that were having a hard time financially. I have seen employees at all levels support others, with kind words, hugs, and good wishes. People are given a second and third chance to improve, and separations are tough. I consider it a blessing to work here.

Cons

Sometimes the hours are long, but the busness needs are met. It is hard to give everyone the number of hours they would like to be able to work. Especially during the "slow" season: January - mid March.

Pros

Staff in stores are great. All of them try very hard to create a fun experience.

Cons

Constant fear for everyone there, you could be fired tomorrow. All the staff works on pins and needles. Managers are coached from the top to direct this fear into everyone, just a good old boy system and company.
