Poor training with poor excuses on reason. Large company and growing (good thing) but you must know this company well before starting due to lack of training. They fully expect you know everything, every circumstance, every detail, every person, etc.. within 4 weeks or less.
Was told numerous occasion to word and be careful of punctuations in my emails as to not offend or hurt feelings of upper management when needing information in regards to my job, in other words I was told they get offended and angry easily if it isn't what or how they want to hear. (your position is considered nothing, unless you are management.) Owner wanted to know where I placed God in my lineup of importance (which to me was ok, but that is discrimination). So beware of religious beliefs, are expected to participate in pray before each meeting.
If you will be working within the accounting department beware of staff account-very bad attitude, rude, and you quickly learn her cons because they are very much forefront. She will tell you one thing and then deny or change in front of Management in order to make her appear superior.
Gossip is abundant.
It ask to Rate CEO-can't because he wouldn't even sit in same room during company meetings every week, although he was just feet away from conference room (sorry he did the 1st day).
