Thank you for your feedback. The Branson Coaster, along with every other employer has the same problem of recruiting team members. We offer excellent pay and benefits, but unfortunately, that does not motivate everyone to show up for work. We continue to offer incentives and increased pay rates to help in recruiting, and to supplement for the type of environment that an outdoor attraction has. When we are able to have a full staff, there are no issues of scheduling or working hours. We apologize for your poor experience, but wish you the best with future employers.

Clarence Mabe friendly associates provided free coffee, red bull, dr enuff, snacks, etc to HQ employees. half day on Fridays for HQ employees personable, mostly friendly leaders relaxed work environment paid travel expenses

Cons

Clarence Mabe over-done workloads underpayed expensive benefits poor delegation MOST leaders dont listen well, but a select few are actually on your side harsh words/criticism cheap owners 'personal' endeavors regularly assigned to employees
