      Good Compensation, Good work life balance. People are very friendly and helpful every time you seek advise. Huge focus on customers.

      Cons

      A bit traditional in their approach. Some teams not open to embracing new technologies. Not a lot of young people in the teams even now.

      Pros

      I have been with FANUC for more than 10 years and it has been a rewarding experience. As with all companies there are ups and downs but they have been a very steady and reliable employer. There are many opportunities to learn new skills and opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Sometimes communication from a corporate level is slow to get to the field areas but it is a something that is recognized and constantly addressed for improvement.
